Code of Ethics
Anacle Systems Limited (“Anacle”) is committed to exercising the highest standards of integrity and ethics. Anacle will not tolerate any wrongdoing or impropriety at any time and will take the appropriate measures to act quickly in correcting the issue if the ethical code is broken. We are committed to establishing and complying with this the following Code of Ethics:
1.1 The senior management and board of directors of Anacle set a prime example, and honesty and integrity must be the top priority in any business practice.
1.2 To have an open door policy and welcome suggestions and concerns from employees that will allow employees to feel comfortable discussing any issues and will alert the senior management to concerns within the workforce.
1.3 To respect and comply with laws, regulations, and fair social rules in Singapore and other countries where we conduct business, as well as their philosophy, and act in good faith while maintaining the highest ethical standard to achieve customer satisfaction and society’s trust.
1.4 To respect each employee’s personality and human rights and provide a safe and comfortable working environment oriented towards fair and trusting behavior.
1.5 To treat everyone fairly, have mutual respect, promote a team environment and avoid the intent and appearance of unethical or compromising practices.
1.6 To act as an excellent corporate citizen, continuously striving to achieve co-prosperity with our customers, business partners, and society to avoid all conflicts of business interests.
1.7 To provide information about our business to corporate, organization bodies, and relevant business partners to enhance corporate transparency while at the same time respecting and protecting data from improper uses.
1.8 To conduct practices to positively improve the global environment and reduce the environmental impact of our business activities, products, and services.
1.9 To understand and respect the rights and assets of individuals and Anacle and ensure their legitimate use for business purposes. We are committed to protecting the reasonable privacy expectations of the personal information of everyone we do business with.
1.10 To have zero-tolerance towards any forms of corruption and bribery, other misconduct and malpractice in our business. Anacle has a whistleblowing policy and procedures for employees to raise any concerns without fear of retaliation and reprisal.
1.11 To increase customer, business partners, and vendor satisfaction by providing quality products and timely responses to inquiries.
1.12 We will strive never to participate in any activities or business dealings with vendors or procurement of materials that can or are used to finance armed groups.
