Building Operations Management (BOM) Suite

The Simplicity® Building Operations Management Suite is a full-fledged solution that assists you in all aspects of building facilities management, including asset register setup and asset tracking, management of corrective and preventive maintenance regimes, as well as handling of tenant support activities and services.

It consists of nine modules: Building Asset Management (BAM), Failure Analysis (FMEA), Building Inventory Management, Customer Care Management, Maintenance Management, Safety Management (SAF), Handing Over/ Taking Over (HO/TO) Management, Car Park Management, Expense Contract Management.

Although it is fully integrated to the other Simplicity® software suites, the Building Asset & Maintenance Management (BAMM) Suite can also be deployed as a standalone facilities management application.

Building Asset Management Management

The Asset Management (AM) Module forms the foundation of the Suite. It maintains a comprehensive asset register, tracking all relevant asset data including equipment-specific parameters, maintenance plans, safety checklists as well as location-specific details.
The Asset Management (AM) Module supports a configurable asset hierarchy that allows for a logical grouping of locations and equipment so that real world asset taxonomies can be accurately captured. The Module provides users with the flexibility to browse and access asset data either from a functional system-based perspective or a physical location-based perspective.

Failure Analysis (FMEA)

Failure Analysis (FMEA) Module provides functionalities to support you in your reliability engineering initiatives, including Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) programs.  You can use the Failure Analysis (FMEA) Module to make the database of failure modes and causes of failures, manage Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) reports, and to develop Weibull Failure Models to forecast lifespan of assets.

Building Inventory Management

Simplicity® Building Inventory Management module offers a suite of features designed to streamline your building’s space management. Users can visualize space inventory through interactive 2D and 3D floor plans, upload and store property floor plans, and efficiently manage space creation and decommissioning, including mass imports and approval workflows.

Imagine being able to visualize your space inventory with interactive 2D stack plans and 3D floor plans (Gemini™ Digital Twin Visualization Analytics); Allowing you to visualize and understand the layout and occupancy of the building space using interactive 2D stack plans and 3D floor plans. Our Gemini™ Digital Twin Visualization Analytics provides a visual representation of your building, helping you assess space utilization, occupancy, and potentially even environmental data in a user-friendly and intuitive manner. You can see which areas are occupied, vacant, or underutilized.

Generate detailed reports that provide information on the status of tenancies in your building. “As-at tenancy schedules” typically show the current occupancy status, and “vacancy listing reports” provide information about available or vacant spaces. The Maintenance & Field Service Management (WO) Module is where all maintenance, inspection and engineering work activities, both ad-hoc and scheduled, are managed and tracked. It provides support for the creation and management of the entire work order process, including ensuring conformance to specific job plans for fault resolution.

The configurable work order processes seamlessly integrate with disparate data sources containing information about facilities, equipment, materials, labor rates, budgets, etc. to provide state of the art maintenance and field service management functionality.

The Tenant Services Management (TSM) Module allows you to manage tenancy support activities and services to tenants from a facility manager’s point of view, such as handing over and taking over (HOTO) activities, processing of fit out and other documentation, inspection activities, as well as provision of services such as temporary utilities and air-con extension.

The Simplicity® Parking Management (GAR) Suite helps you manage your property portfolio’s parking garages and lots, including season parking allocation and billing. It consists of three modules – Lot Management, Allotment Lifecycle & Billing Management, and Garage Operations Management. Simplicity® GAR is further supplemented with a comprehensive list of reports.

The Lot Management (LOT) Module allows you to set up and manage your parking lot inventory, and link them with the building space information from Simplicity® DW Space Management Module. The Module also allows you to manage parking tariff rates.

• Allotment Lifecycle & Billing Management

The Allotment Lifecycle & Billing Management (ALM) Module manages the parking allotment lifecycle, from application to termination of parking allotment. It also generates the billing for season parking.

• Garage Operations Management
